The wound spray provides a protective layer on the (open) wound and the surrounding skin. The protective layer contains active fatty acids. These fatty acids have a healing effect.

Use WOUND wound spray on open wounds as a protective layer between the wound and a secondary dressing.

Usage

Observe local hygiene measures and clean the wound before using WOUND.

1. Shake well before use
2. Spray WOUND from a distance of 5 - 10 cm directly into the wound bed and the surrounding area of the wound. Make sure the wound and surrounding skin are covered with a clearly visible layer of oil.
3. Cover the wound with a suitable secondary dressing (e.g. non-woven dressing or absorbent dressing, depending on the exudate).
4. A minimal amount of oil may remain on the nozzle after use. This does not affect operation. If desired, wipe the nozzle clean.

Use more oil if the secondary dressing adheres to the wound. It is recommended to repeat the treatment every 24 to 48 hours.

Store WOUND at a room temperature of 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. The wound spray can be used until the date indicated on the box.
