The DermaSilk leg stockings are made of 100% natural silk (sericin-free), and you can feel it. The soft, pH-neutral substance prevents irritation and also has an antibacterial effect due to the added AEGIS molecule. The stockings are sold per 2 pairs (4 pieces).

The leg stockings are part of the DermaSilk Medical bandage clothing line. The stockings are specially designed to protect and support the skin of the legs.

Fit and sizes

The silk bandage stockings are made with a special weaving technique. This makes the knee socks stretchable in width and length. The stockings fit well on the skin, but do not feel uncomfortable when worn.

The stockings can be used under regular clothing. At night the stockings can be worn as part of the nightwear.

Wear and wash

The antibacterial substance only works with direct contact with the skin, but can be worn in
combination with medical (eczema) ointment or cream. Let this soak in for a while.

The substance has been specially developed to irritate the skin as little as possible, but this makes the substance vulnerable. Therefore, it must be handled and washed more carefully than normal clothing. Follow the instructions for use carefully.

Washing instructions

• By hand or machine: wool or silk program, 30 ° C.
• Use a mild shampoo or neutral detergent.
• Hand wash: rinse well with water after washing.
• Machine: wash in a separate net.
• No fabric softener, chlorine or bleach
• Allow to air dry

What is NOT allowed:

• Can be hung in the dryer or over a heat source such as a radiator
• Do not iron (not necessary)
